		<description>I had not seen that before, thanks for the link. If I were looking at a company covered under such a waver I&#039;d have to investigate them and the law much more closely. Releasing a company from strict regulation allows them to be a bit more liberal with the numbers they release. That may be good for a short term investment but that would be hard to figure out since it is unknown if any company has been covered by it before.

With so many companies out there it would probably be best to avoid them. There are always other opportunities.</description>
